Hi, I’m Jessica — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Rally Point Counseling. I created this practice with one purpose in mind: to offer a safe, compassionate space where people can lay down their burdens, reconnect with themselves, and move toward a life that feels more grounded and meaningful.
My passion for this work is deeply personal. I’ve walked through my own seasons of trauma, grief, marriage challenges, and the complexities of raising children. Those experiences shaped not only who I am, but how I show up as a therapist. I understand how heavy life can feel — and I also know how powerful it is to have someone walk beside you while you find your way forward.
I’ve spent 11 years in the mental health field, with the last 5 years dedicated to clinical therapy. Over time, I’ve learned that healing isn’t one‑size‑fits‑all. That’s why my approach is person‑centered, meaning your story, your strengths, and your goals guide our work together. I want you to feel seen, heard, and genuinely supported every step of the way.
I specialize in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients navigate:
My style is warm, down‑to‑earth, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership — a place where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment, and know that you’re not alone in the process.
Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, or simply a space to breathe, I’m here to help you reconnect with your strength and move toward the life you want. At Rally Point Counseling, you don’t have to navigate your struggles in isolation. You have a place to land, a place to grow, and a place to begin again.

I’m Robert, a Licensed Master Social Worker that is finishing up his licensure supervision. I have more than 20 years of experience in the mental health field and 2 years of clinical experience as a therapist. My path to this work has been shaped by a lifetime of service, resilience, and a deep commitment to helping others find their footing during life’s most challenging moments.
I have spent the past 35 years in the National Guard Infantry, serving in a wide range of roles. I have served several combat tours earning a Combat Infantryman Badge. Those years taught me about courage, sacrifice, leadership, and the invisible wounds people carry long after the dust settles. My military background gives me a unique understanding of trauma, stress, and the complexities of transitioning between worlds — something many clients find grounding and relatable.
My personal journey has also included its own share of hardship: complex trauma, grief, relationship struggles and raising children. These experiences allow me to meet clients with genuine empathy and without judgment. I know what it feels like to rebuild, to question your strength, and to keep going even when life feels heavy.
In therapy, I use a person‑centered approach supported by Solution‑Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I work with clients navigating:
My style is steady, straightforward, and compassionate. I believe in creating a space where you can speak openly, explore what’s weighing on you, and develop practical tools to move forward. Whether you’re carrying the weight of past experiences or struggling with what’s happening right now, you don’t have to face it alone.
At Rally Point Counseling, my goal is to help you reconnect with your resilience, find clarity in the chaos, and take meaningful steps toward healing.
